Coder Crew Corporation may take photos and/or videos for promotional purposes whether online or in-person. Coder Crew Corporation may use any photographs, videos or testimonials taken of you while using the services provided by Coder Crew Corporation on Coder Crew Corporation’s website, flyers, brochures and other advertisements and you agree not to hold Coder Crew Corporation liable for any injury, damages or negligence claims associated with the images.

Coder Crew Corporation offers online and in-person sessions on a variety of subjects and controls and operates its site and services from various locations or virtual and makes no representation that its website and services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. It is up to you to determine if Coder Crew Corporation’s website and services are available in your area.
Upon using Coder Crew Corporation’s website or any other services provided by Coder Crew Corporation, you acknowledge that it uses a multitude of open-source tools and software to provide services.
5. Responsibility for end users:
You are responsible for the activities of all End Users who access or use the Services through your account and you agree to ensure that any such End User will comply with the terms of this Agreement and any Coder Crew Corporation policies. Coder Crew Corporation assumes no responsibility or liability for violations. If you become aware of any violation of this Agreement in connection with use of the Services by any person, please contact Coder Crew Corporation at info@codercrew.ca. Coder Crew Corporation may investigate any complaints and violations that come to its attention and may take any (or no) action that it believes is appropriate, including, but not limited to issuing warnings, removing the content or terminating accounts and/or User profiles. Under no circumstances will Coder Crew Corporation be liable in any way for any data or other content viewed while using the Services, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any such data or content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of, access to, or denial of access to any data or content.
4. Limitations:
In no event shall Coder Crew Corporation or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Coder Crew Corporation’s Internet site, even if Coder Crew Corporation or a Coder Crew Corporation’s authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. For further clarity, Coder Crew Corporation will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any actual or alleged damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance of any open-source tools or software used by Coder Crew Corporation. Should any open-source tool or software cause any issues due to its usage, users may contact the service provider directly to dispute any issues that arise.

Errors & Omissions:
The materials appearing on Coder Crew Corporation‘s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Coder Crew Corporation does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Fees:
Fees to be paid via e-transfer to payment@codercrew.ca and is due on every 1st day of each month on an upfront payment basis.
Cancellation Policy:
For month to month subscription
Cancellation before starting of the program: No charge.
If cancelled after 1st or 2nd class: Prorated fees of number of classes plus $25.00.
Cancelled after two or more classes: No refund.
For term subscription:
Prorated fees of number of classes plus $25.00.
Intellectual property rights:
Except as expressly authorized by the Coder Crew Corporation or by Content providers, you agree not to reproduce, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, mirror, frame, republish, download, transmit, or create derivative works of the Content of others, in whole or in part, by any means. You must not modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any software Coder Crew Corporation discloses to you, and you must not remove or modify any copyright or trademark notice, or other notice of ownership.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Coder Crew Corporation., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, suppliers and Resellers from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement or the infringement or violation by you or any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity or applicable law.
Termination:
Coder Crew Corporation reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user/subsription with or without notice at any time in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason. You agree that, if you are suspended and/or terminated, you will make no further use of the Site and any other services provided by Coder Crew Corporation after termination or during suspension.

Coder Crew Corporation may provide notice to users via email, regular mail, or posting notices or links to notices on the Site.
